However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 817-457-7900 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

The highest volume setting is very low

Improve Speaker for alarm 8/30/2026

When the timer is set, the highest volume setting is very low, making it difficult to hear when the food is ready. This is very important, since we can™€™t hear when the food is ready. Even if there™€™s an app, and even if it can be linked to Alexa, it™€™s not our preferred way to listen for the alarm.

Oven great but companion dishwasher, not so much

Kensreview 7/7/2026

Mostly a great oven. the only problem i had was when the power went out, it had to be rebooted at the fuse box to be able to see the controls for self cleaning. The app itself is useless though in my opinion. on the other hand, the profile dishwasher is garbage! I would like to talk to someone about that.

My only complaint is that the calibration is off. The touch pad is off. You have to touch to the left off each button several times to find the 'right spot'. It is very annoying g and frustrating.

Not completely happy

Unhappy with tech updates 6/15/2026

I had my first software update a week after installation. I pressed install now and went on with my day. When it was time to cook dinner I went to start the oven but all I had was a blank screen! No response when I tapped it any place on the screen, nothing in the Smart App except one tiny reference that you may have to turn the power off and then on to restart it. Really!! I needed to shut off the switch breaker!! Finally exasperated I went & did that and it started to come to life. Why did I have to treat it like a 1978 computer? No message in the app, really - what happened to this interactive cooking when you are not at home? GE needs to improve this!!

Disaster of an oven!

SanMarcos 2/4/2026

First oven kept tripping breaker EVERY SINGLE NOGHT. After replacing breakers (4 total) many repair appointments (each in 4 hour windows of time), non-show appts, parts not arriving before repair people, back-ordered parts, we were finally issued a new oven. New oven didn™€™t work AT ALL. Wouldn™€™t even come on. Screen didn™€™t work. Had to start repair service all over again. Finally repaired the unit, but it did not work any differently. 3rd oven ordered. Waiting for installation. If this had not been a new home build, we would have went with a different brand.8 months and counting and still don™€™t have a working oven. What is wrong with GE products???

Critical Usability and Safety Flaw

Royal1836 1/31/2026

The GE Profile PTS7000 wall oven has a solid build and acceptable cooking performance, but it suffers from a serious usability flaw that overshadows its strengths: the end-of-cycle alert. Rather than using a clear, sharp beep, the oven relies on a soft, melodic tone. Even at maximum volume, this sound is not sufficiently loud or distinct to function as a reliable timer alert. In a normal kitchen environment with ambient noise, it is easily missed. For elderly users in particular, the sound does not register as an urgent or meaningful signal that cooking has completed. The sound settings are limited to volume adjustment and repetition (single or continuous). There is no option to switch to a standard beep or more prominent alert, which would be far more effective. This limitation is not disclosed prior to purchase and is typically discovered only after installation. A timer alert is a core function of any oven. When that alert cannot be reliably heard, it undermines both convenience and safety, potentially leading to missed timers and overcooked food. For an appliance in this price range, this design choice is difficult to justify. Because this issue directly affects basic usability, especially for older adults, it is significant enough to warrant a one-star rating. Buyers should be aware that the end-of-cycle alert may not meet expectations for audibility or clarity.

The worst Wi-Fi enable device

Deakaii 1/21/2026

Poor quality

Golf20 1/20/2026

According to measurements the wall oven was suppose to fit. We had a GE profile oven we were replacing. The oven would not go all the way in to the required space so we ended up cutting out the back of the cabinet in order to fit. Then the top control panel did not match up with the oven door so technician said they would order a new frame to the door. The frame was replaced but it is still about an eighth of an inch off on each side but won™€™t do anything about that. Then the racks do not slide easily. They are scratching the walls of the oven. On the website it states ™€œHeavy-duty smooth glide roller racks-Easily remove even the heaviest dishes with a roller rack that™€™s engineered to glide seamlessly out of the oven™€. The appliance store is ordering us new racks but we will see if they fit because these racks do not fit. Also no where in the manual does it state that the extension rack can only be used on the bottom. The manual even shows putting the extension rack on a different placement then the bottom. So now I have an oven where the control panel is shorter than the door across and racks are scratching the walls of the oven and even if the new racks fit better the walls are still scratched and wonder when they will rust out.

Not so smart oven

No so smart oven 12/7/2025

So I filed an initial review about my controls not working and being unresponsive while use. Today my son found the oven turned on by itself on Stir Fry (which I don™€™t even know what that is) and at 350 degrees with my pans in the oven. He smelled burning in the kitchen as he was upstairs. Recommend don™€™t get this not so smart oven as it is trying to burn my house down or kill my family.

I replaced a 14 year old GE Profile oven with this one. One thing the sales person didn't ask is if I had a gas cook top. Rack scratches the oven walls

LP1710 9/28/2025

My only complaint is the positionable rack is too tight, scratched the walls of the oven and the graphite liquid doesn't help. Not just scratches, it removes the coating and particles were found on the oven floor. The scratching was noted by several other reviews; I had hopes that it would have been corrected by now.....NOT! Just know if you purchase this oven the walls will be scratched when they are put in for the first time by the installer and every time you choose to move it thereafter.
