How long have you been in this business?

Builders' Sales & Service Company was established in 1958 as a distributor of quality built-in appliances.  We now offer both built-in and freestanding appliances by almost every major manufacturer as well as many other smaller specialty brands.  Our aim has always been to offer our customers the best quality for the least price ... that's what started it all and what we have maintained through the years.  We have your best interest at heart at all times.

Do you ever run sales?

We have tried to make things easier for the consumer by running every day low prices. Occasionally, we do make special purchases, but the manufacturers limit the supply and advertising as to not disrupt the marketplace. We have always had package pricing available for multiple piece ordering to ensure you the best deals possible.

What makes you different?

The experience of dealing with a consultant who knows their product is critical to making an informed decision. Builder Sales and Service invests more time, energy and resources in educating our people to be able to take you from the front door to the sales counter without having to pass you off to another sales person as you go from one product to the next. Our professional sales team works together to make sure your questions get answered with facts, not opinions. On average, there is over 40 years of appliance expertise at Builder Sales & Service Co.
 

Why don't you sell online?

Currently we feel a store visit is the best way to get the product that fits your needs.  Sizing, features and appearance are all issues that will concern you.  We will never change our philosophy of being able to save the customer the most money possible, and current online selling limits those savings in our industry.  You have a right to the best deals in town and we will help you get it!  Any of our product specialists can provide up to date prices available via our live in-store inventory system.  Builders' Sales & Service is able to take full advantage of any manufacturer's rebates as well, thus saving you even more.

Do you sell used or refurbished appliances?

We sell new, factory sealed, warranted products direct from the manufacturer with matching paperwork and serial numbers. Our competition just can't believe the deals you get that are below their "sale" prices! Floor models are clearly marked as such. We still remove and locally recycle all old appliances - just never into another customer's home.
 

How can I pay for all these deals?

We accept personal and business checks, and cash.  Builders, Contractors, Remodelers and Real Estate companies can take advantage of large account financing.  To help maintain the best pricing we do not take credit cards.
 

Can you install this stuff?

In order to provide you the best service available, we network with outstanding area companies to install every item we sell. Your product specialist can assist you in making that happen.
 

Who fixes my purchase if something goes wrong?

Every product comes with a full manufacturer warranty, and there are many local service centers in case there is a problem. Our in house service department can help you coordinate and resolve any issue you might have.
